Aberlour

A well established whisky and a best seller across the globe. The distillery was founded in 1879 and is currently going through a multi million pound refurbishment and expansion to increase production capability. 

Ballindalloch

A new distillery on a Highland estate which has been home to the same family since 1546, The distillery was founded in 2014 and embodies the tradition of generations past and is unique in so much as the production is fully manual. This distillery is well worth a visit.

Benromach

An old school Speyside whisky distilled in Forres since 1898. The 10 year old has previously won gold in the "Best Speyside Single Malt - 12 years and under" category.

Cardhu

Founded in 1824 by John Cumming and his wife Helen. Cardhu is renowned for being a very palatable Speyside single malt. It has a very particular soft, sweet and fruity flavour.  

Glenallachie

A relatively new distillery only founded in 1967. The Master blender is the legendary Billy Walker who was inducted in to the Whisky Hall of Fame in 2021.This is one of Scotland's few independent distilleries and is an absolute gem of Speyside.

Glenfarclas

Founded in 1836 Glenfarclas remains independent and they produce delicate, sweet, fruity whisky and have been named Distiller of the Year by Whisky Magazine in 2006, 2020 and 2023. The family cask range was introduced in 2007 which includes a series of bottlings from 43 consecutive years, allowing enthusiasts to buy whisky from the same year in which they were born.

Glenlivet

One of the first distilleries to take out a licence to produce spirit. The distillery first opened in Upper Drumin in 1824 only a short distance from the current location. One of the first distilleries to produce the light and fruity style of whisky that we have come to know today. The whiskies on offer tend to gather high praise amongst whisky enthusiasts with the Glenlivet 18 year old being the most highly decorated.

Glen Moray

Elgin West brewery was reconstructed as a distillery in 1897. Glen Moray is a small authentic working distillery with great character. The distillery produces great whisky with fruity, floral and clean characteristics which has achieved significant acclaim in major spirits competitions and having secured Gold medals for its 18 year old Elgin Heritage and for the Warehouse 1 Peated Tequila Cask.

Macallan

World renowned whisky brand founded in 1824. The modern distillery was completed in 2018 and is shaped as 5 grass covered domes, the idea being to mimic the surrounding hills. Macallan produced 1 million gallons for the first time in 1970, Currently the distillery has capacity to produce 15 million litres of rich, robust spirit per annum. Macallan is one of the top selling single malt scotch whiskies.
